# Members ### Primary Owner A single service account () holds this role to avoid dependency on any individual. This is the only role that can request data exports and Primary Ownership transfers. Only one Primary Owner is allowed per organization, and it uses one of the plan's licenses. ### Owner C-level executives (Brianne, Alicia, Tim). Full administrative control including billing, integrations, SSO/auth, audit logs, data retention, feedback settings, and the ability to invite or remove Admins and Owners. ### Admin VPs and Directors. Can invite and remove standard members, cancel invitations, and view usage analytics. Cannot access billing, security settings, or modify roles. ### User All remaining staff. Can create and modify chats and use projects. No administrative capabilities. #### Role Assignment Summary * C-Level → Owner * VPs & Directors → Admin * Everyone else → User Some employees may need to be elevated or demoted based on the unique requirements of their position.
